Josh at the deli was amazing. My mom is so picky about her sandwich's but he was more than willing to go out of his way to find every little thing she wanted. When I say she's very picky, I mean PICKY. He was so accommodating and kind even suggested new toppings that she loved. Very kind and quick service. I also noticed he was following all safety and sanitation procedures. I'm a chef and it was nice to see!
Have called multiple times for Customer Service, held for OVER 15 minutes cycling through the crap hold music, menu and ringing that is NOT ANSWERED! My elder disabled mom lost her phone in the store and I was calling to speak to a person. At long last I connected with a staff member and my mom was able to get her phone back. Thank goodness someone was HONEST and turned it in.
I didn't want to forget to give a shout out to the people in the self checkout side. Thanks to Pete for his help and patience with my auntie yesterday it was so much appreciated. And to Joanna for always being so helpful and friendly. I always appreciate GOOD customer service which is sometimes hard to find these days Thank you
7/27/23 - I went to Safeway to order a sandwich, their was a real happy, young man making sandwiches today. For the first time in history their was only one other person ahead of me. I decided on my favorite and again for the first time in history they had sourdough bread. So, I ordered a salami with pepper cheese toasted with honey mustard, mayo, lettuces, tomato and red onion, & jalapeños. I also asked for salt and pepper with vinegar. That sandwich was EVERYTHING!!! He said he makes everyone's food the way he would like his and he did just THAT!!!! It felt good walking out of Safeway in less than 30 minutes.
